By using CommonHeart, you agree to the following terms:

1. Platform Role

CommonHeart is a facilitation platform connecting individuals, donors, and participating organizations. We do not guarantee outcomes or fulfillment of requests.

2. Donations

• Donations are voluntary and non-refundable except in cases of fraud or error.

• Funds may be held and released upon administrative approval.

• Platform fees may apply.

3. User Responsibility

Users agree to:

• provide accurate information

• submit truthful requests

• not misuse the platform

4. Church Verification

Participating churches may verify requests but are not liable for outcomes or misuse of funds.

5. Disbursement

Funds may be:

• paid directly to service providers

• released to verified recipients

• held pending review

6. Limitation of Liability

CommonHeart and Mishkan House Inc. are not liable for:

• misuse of funds

• inaccurate user submissions

• failed transactions due to third-party systems

7. Account Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in suspicious or fraudulent activity.

8. Intellectual Property

All platform content and technology belong to Mishkan House Inc.

9. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, USA.
